Submission for OST Composing JAM #3
We used an assortment of styles to showcase the diversity of this game's world.
Using Orchestral, Traditional and Modern sounds to create a dynamic selection of tracks. From delicately explored melodies to dynamic arrangements. When you go from Orchestra to Lofi Hip Hop, you're in for a wild ride.
We took the themes to heart. We are expressing the variety of tracks here with Seasons as a direction, and the genres within are tied to periods of time. We wanted to give the vision that this world is connected but separate. The artwork for this piece also expresses a character driven experience with strong visual queues representing each of our worlds. Our heroes have each been bestowed an enchanted medallion: A fated artifact that can alter the course of time itself. They hail from different periods, trapped in seasonal prisons and must carry out their fate of re-connecting the world and lifting the curse.

Nice! I could totally imagine playing this in an RPG, or maybe a visual novel. Something with a lot of reading. This type of music you could get lost in repetitively for hours at a time reading on-screen text in such games.
